NB: Peet's do have a shorter BB date because they want it to taste as fresh as possible. They also place the roasting date on their packaging, so you can judge for yourself just how fresh it is.

NB: Peet's do have a shorter BB date because they want it to taste as fresh as possible. They also place the roasting date on their packaging, so you can judge for yourself just how fresh it is.

I did try Peet's from Amazon awhile back, and while it was within the "best by" date, I think the date was still optimistic because it hardly seemed fresh.
Disclaimer: my wife says I'm a coffee snob, so probably take what I say with a grain of salt
