I saw an "open box satisfactory" in my area listed for $1279 and went to check it out. It was still mounted on display but had a $800 tag on it.

Bought that thing in 2 seconds. There are a few "open box satisfactory" in my area still available (one per store) so i figure others might be able to get the same price if you go hunting.

Yeah not sure what your issue with the TV but many professional review sites and many buyers would disagree with you. I got the 2017 6 Series equivalent model and I still love it.

I don't think I have the exact model of this tv but I have a 75" TCL tv and have been very happy with it! Great picture at 1080p and 4K as well as HDR quality. Love the built in Roku and smart tv items and I can even use my phone for a TCL remote. I've also got it setup with my google assistant so I can just ask google to turn the tv on or off. Owned it for about 8 months and love it. Only downside I would say with mine is that it weighs more than I expected but then again it is my first 75 incher.

Stay away from this TV. Why would you buy a used display for $800 where u can get Sony from Costco 75 inch for $1300 with 7 years warranty
