I mean, 450W isn't going to power anything over xx50, maybe a 1060, but this isn't a bad deal

Plenty of builds don't need a pimp 700+ Watt power supply. This is a good priced unit for an entry level box.

You don't say. I got a 550W unit for just a little over 40 and I can comfortably run a 2060. You don't need a pimp 700W+ PSU, but that doesn't mean you have to get the bare minimum either
