adafruit.com also has them in stock for $55 for the board and $7 for the PSU (plus $5 or so shipping) in case the bestbuy deal ends soon. I didn't add heat sinks cause I have plenty but here's my order.

1 x Official Raspberry Pi Power Supply 5.1V 3A with USB C (1.5 meter long)
[ID:4298] = $7.95

Doesn't really seem like a bargain. However, some of the bundles getting discounted can be a sign they are clearing inventory because a new model is about to be announced.
The RPi 4 (other than the 8 GB) was announced in 2019. Given that the 4B is now 2 years old, hopefully a new model isn't too far away.
The raspberry pi is a little circuit board that can do various things... Some people use some of the newer ones with more RAM to make emulation rigs to play old games. Some people use them to make a "pi-hole" to block ads etc on the internet... Although it has been said that a raspberry pi zero would suffice for that, and this would be overkill.
Just check out YouTube and see what people have done with it. It's not for everyone though.
Got the 2GB version of this for $40 from bestbuy. for $30 more to double the ram, not a good deal. Ok if you NEED it, but definitely better deals to be had.

Pi Zero is sufficient for pi-hole with Unbound DNS.

What is this good for?
It's basically a tiny computer that you can use to setup any manner of DIY smart things or home use. Some folks use them to drive media servers, entertainment centers, smart controllers for sprinklers or 3D printers, or as a tiny linux computer. Basically anything you want to program or put online or connect a computer to but a full-sized desktop or laptop is way overkill. They come in all different sizes with different computational power so there's always a right-sized Raspberry Pi for your need. They're also great little devices for kids to tinker with and learn about computers. Build a game emulator with your kid and you're suddenly the coolest parent ever!
It's one of those things that there are tons of use cases for, but if you've never heard about them before then you probably don't need one. As soon as you get one though, you begin to see all the ways they can be handy.
I'm very Interested in gettin a pi (whatever one don't have to be this one ) for the reason of tryin the pi-hole setup. But I am very curious to real life experiences that some of you may have. How good is the pi hole setup and what does it really do does it block all ads or most? Block apps on cell phone to right does that include line apps during games on mobile. Just things of that nature. All help will be super appreciated and thanks in advance

It's the same DNS/hosts blocking that adblocking apps on your phone would use. If the ads are hosted on the same domain as the content (like YouTube), it won't be blocked. It's still better than nothing and you can usually set up your router to force DNS requests to the Pi-hole device so you don't have to set it manually on every device that you use.

Nice thing about a pi hole is it blocks for all devices on your network. So individual devices don't need to each install their own blocker.
