I have a U3415W and a S2721D, both 2K resolution, is it worth it to upgrade the S2721D to this one with 4K resolution??? Please help!

Bought this earlier this year for $300, definitely a good monitor. The speakers aren't great.

I ended up returning 2 of these. 1 ended up stuck with a ghost image even when turned off and the other had issues with wake from sleep. I ended up getting an lg 27UK650 and have had zero problems.

If I use this for a second monitor, using a 1440 or 1080 as primary, will the 4K negatively effect games even though I'd be running them on the other screen?

I think I want the 4K for photos and maybe even 4K video editing but don't want to have poor gaming performance. System is 5900x with 6800xt.

This is nice 4k Dell Monitor. I have one as a secondary display to a Dell 34 inch. I would not pay more for the P or U version unless you needed a USB-C connection. The speakers are noticeably worse on this monitor versus the speakers on the Dell u3419w.

Tried 2 of these and couldn't do work at 4k, scaled down to 2k and returned. Picked ultrasharp 2k instead due to cleaner lines and thin bezel.. Good screen but a little thick....
