I really liked this movie but I think it had more potential to get into the development of the GT more. I suppose that would've turned off the non enthusiast audience though. I recommend the Top Gear skit on the Ford v Ferrari event as well if you liked this movie.

Don't disagree with you that I would have liked more on that, but the film was already 2 hours and 30 minutes. That's about the limit of what you can do in a major release. But I would have loved to see an extended cut (or I don't know, in this case a V12 Edition or whatever they would name it).

As a medium level motorsports enthusiast (mostly watch motoGP, off-road racing, and some F1) I just kept waiting for the part where this movie got good. Never did for me.
