The Pro version is back down to 199.99 and it usually doesn't stay there long. This is the one with all the bells and whistles, including WiFi (which I think is pretty unneeded, but others may find it useful). The 1200 Watts is my favorite feature for this.

I have the model below this one, the 1000 watt version. I bought directly from Anova last year for around 170 after tax. It works great. This one has more metal, I think the lower end is all stainless.

For this price, I'd go for the Joule. More app-driven but better.

Definitely recommend the Joule over the Anova. It's lighter, slimmer and performs just as erll if not better than this model. Apps are comparable, just wish the Joule came in a darker color. It's extremely quiet and has a magnetic bottom which is a big difference you're not using plastic containers. Even when I do use the plastic containers, I've started to use a metal cooling rack underneath as well. I did get mine (Stainless Steel version) for $120 on AMZ but I don't remember if it was a price drop or coupon.
