Emailed their customer support website because I got the wrong product. They never answered. 25+ days unanswered.
I had to call many times via phone. I hung up a few times because it got too long. There was one time where I waited 2hours -- messed around on my phone and accidentally hung up.
I finally waited 3 hrs 15 mins and I was #20 in queue. I believe they have one person manning the phone.
If you're buying from amazon then you're good but if you need to get into direct contact with greenworks. it's a hassle because it seems they're understaffed.
oh this product was $100 on woot about 2 weeks back. good product. used once so far. remember it's corded
