I have the same problem. The banner and the button OP is showing is missing. I tried turning off ad blocker too.

As usual, it doesn't give it to me. Says my card may not be linked to pay with points. Maybe only certain card types can get it, but all I know is mine was set for years to be able to pay with cash back.
