Historically, $ off and % off "shop with points" promos do not stack. If you do happen to be eligible for both, I think it might use the larger discount first, but it's been so long since I've been eligible for both kinds of discounts that I don't exactly remember.

I always seem to get "Your points will be applied at checkout but we were not able to activate the promo code. If you have already activated this code, your discount will be applied at checkout."
