FWIW, I got 40% off max $20 today with the OP's URL. This is after having previously used the $10 off, and the 40% Prime offer. At least 5 accounts I was allowed to reactivate today and got 40% for all of them.
Loving the Discover deals!
Sad that two companies I've been with for almost 25 years are exactly the ones who don't want to make me an offer. Wait, maybe that's exactly why!

So, use Amazon's "Shop with Points" feature to use your Discover's cashback bonus to pay for at least $0.01 of your eligible transactions, and get 40% off until you reach the max of $20 off. FWIW I did remove/readd my Discover card last week, so YMMV with eligibility for this offer, possibly dependent on that. "Eligible" usually means Sold and Shipped by Amazon, which usually doesn't include Amazon Warehouse Deals.
