How in the world is BK not crazy busy. It's half the price of the other fast food places.
For some reason, the BKs around here take 10+ minutes to make your order. The employees are genuinely unhappy about their job and don't try to hide it.

It's a great deal but because of the wait times, I can see why people are less likely to frequent a BK
I drive clear across town quite often just for BK, since feeding a family is more suitable at this location.

Chicken nuggets are highway robbery at any other location. At BK, you add it during the checkout for $1.50 for 10. The same thing would cost me over $4 or $5.

Because 80% of the BK's ive been to have been in some ghetto area and are completely run down with employees that always seem high, and the food has been sitting out all day. Mcdonalds is consistently mediocre, Wendys is inconsistently ok, then you have places like In-n-out and CFA that provide fast, fresh food with great service and the quality is consistently good.

I used to like BK a decade ago, but they are run worse than taco bell and are on KFC levels these days. I have some nostalgia for some of their food, but I always regret going to BK, its never a good experience these days.

Also their new campaign is awful. They are trying to mock CFA by by donating to LGBT groups for every chicken sandwich they sell in June and doing twitter jokes, sure good for them, but nobody is buying their chicken sandwich because of how awful BK is. Instead of donating that money to try and mock CFA, maybe they should spend it on actually making good food and having better service.
Totally in agreement with above comments. What have they become in last 10 years and how difference in customer service between BK and Chic-Fil-A that's across the road. Employees of Chic-Fil-A are stand by at outside of their location eagerly taking orders and diverting the incoming cars into their parking lot and other side of the road this BK that hardly cares about the customers, like Day and Night LMAO

Has this been every Wednesday consistently lately? Great offer for a carnivore.

If the employee seems high, well they might just be. Ask them to make what they are hungry for and it will likely be fantastic!

Omnivore. Unless you remove everything but the burger patty.

Not really.

I'm keto, so I typically just ditch the bun and get sides like salad. My usual @ BK is to use the free kids meal offer - get a diet coke, cheeseburger and applesauce (for my kids), also comes with toy (for kids). A double cheeseburger is $2.19 here in CT, but I've also gotten the 2 for $5 or whatever promo (not offer) which stacks with offers.

So you can get a double cheeseburger, a single cheeseburger(kids meal) and a small beverage for $2.19 (plus a sealed applesauce and toy) get the triple whopper for $3.

Yes the whopper comes with some roughage, but IMHO using the kids meal freebie is the better option. Or I guess you could pad out the double cheeseburger with some add ons, and still make it out ahead of the whopper.

It seems many people will go through the line multiple times or have multiple orders to take advantage of more than one offer, but I'd say that's YMMV. On the receipt that prints they know if you are using an offer, and IIRC it's intended once per day per person, so they could raise an issue.

App doesn't work for me & tried website which also appears to have a glitch where when I try to add to order it says check availability which sends you right back to the location settings. Soo frustrating & BK really needs to work on their app as it's complete garbageFrown

Not sure where you are but I have one across the street from work and I made a mobile app order. Waited a few minutes before walking across the street to only wait another 10 minutes before they fulfilled my order. I could've gotten a fresh made burger from Five Guys in the amount of time it took them to nuke my meal.

Don't worry. They'll be replaced by robots in 5-10 years.

Oops, should've mentioned that, lol. Usually ask for just the burger patties. McDonald's & Wendy's both have a la carte options for just burger patties too.

Appreciate the feedback! Sounds like a decent idea too.

I get to do the opposite. Order burgers w/ with all the veggies but patty on the side (vids are veggie) and I get to stack 'em up for me!

yeah the app will generate a code for use in-store, just don't generate it until you're actually placing your order (1st time it timed out and you don't get it back).

Does this really work? My local franchises don't let me check out when BK does the $2 Impossible whoppers on WWs, can I just go in and have them scan the deal or whatever?
