This was unfortunately the BF price last year. If you can hold off on purchase, and they're releasing a newer one this year, you can probably cop this for $50 later. Yeah saving $20 ain't no thing if you need it now....

Peacock and Vudu aren't available, easily, on the Fire TV 4K stick. Fire TV pulls in live programming to let you know what is currently on, and the Roku doesn't do that. No ethernet on the Fire TV 4K.

This was unfortunately the BF price last year. If you can hold off on purchase, and they're releasing a newer one this year, you can probably cop this for $50 later. Yeah saving $20 ain't no thing if you need it now....

Same price at Staples as well, in case you have some rewards bucks to use (though I haven't found a promo code that this is eligible for to sweeten further).

Also same price at Roku website. . .which says the promo ends on 06/12. . .and would assume all these other retailers will pull the plug then or soon after as well. . .

I thought you can't do YoutubeTV on the Roku (or not well at least).

You didn't explain why you would pick Roku over the new Google Chromecast with Android TV, since that will do what you are describing (and Youtube TV).

If you don't care about YoutubeTV, then why not go for the Tivo Stream 4k at $29, which will do everything you mentioned except Youtube TV (for now).

I just don't see any reason on getting this at $70. I bought the 2019 version for $50 and really find no need to use it anymore compared to the firestick4k ($25), Tivo Stream 4k ($29), and Google Chromecast with Android TV ($49). Waiting for Roku to get the HBO Max app was annoying and turned me off of Roku. I know it is available now, but still. Who knows what is next to fall. Never an issue with Android appstore.
