Absolute Garbage. I have this unit. Worked one time, now blows the hose coupling off immediately and has ruined the plastics threads. Been waiting for warranty parts for over a month (which I do not believe will fix it). Sun Joe Customer Service will not respond. Contacting BBB. Never again will I purchase another Sun Joe product.

I don't have this exact model, but have the same story for another Sun Joe pressure washer. Broke on the first use, which to their credit they replaced entirely. The replacement almost immediately started leaking from the base. There's a reason these are so cheap. You get what you pay for.

I bought this last month and it was returned. 1. the detergent canister does not work. 2. the 0 degree nozzle is weird. 3. the hose connection is cheap and was leaking.

Mine works, but can be prone to leaking or having the nozzle fly off into your car... but works OK. Good for pavers or other small tasks.

lol, I just got one off ebay, brand new for 70 bucks. It works fantastic! but as far as sunjoe goes im also waiting for part for my snow blower which still has not arrived from Febuary. So i understand how you feel. Lets see how my washer stand up over time. Good luck to you

I have this and it has been great! Much better than other electric and gas pressure washers that I have had before. Easy to use, does a great job. Got the 10 inch surface attachment and it cleaned my deck pretty good. Also just used the soap attachment to clean my outdoor cushions and my car. YMMV due to others above, but I would buy again.

I would say most electric versions of all tools end up garbage (another example is electric handsaw, trimmer, or lawn mower). Oil-based is better. I stay away from any electric unless u r a good electrician or tinkerer. Otherwise expect them to work once only.

Have been using this for 5 years plus for week long cleanup of drive way , deck and sidings . In fact I bought this for deck repaint project as instead of paying someone as trade off . Other than leaking hose connection in base ( was thinking that was snug enough but may bad design as I see) , it worked well so far without issue.

Good for light duty, but don't plan on cleaning stained concrete driveways or patios.
