Actually they give u a month grace AFTER your code expires. I always put in new code after

Is there a deadline for when you need to activate this? Say, someone currently has a license that doesn't expire until next year... but wants to get this deal and activate later

Nope, no deadlines. Buy 3 now and yr set for next 3 years. Apply code one by one just before each code expiration.

I'm thinking about just picking one up because it's been so long since the last Internet Security deal. I remember when these used to be between 15 to $20 but that was a couple years ago and I haven't seen it at that price anytime lately. The base version is often at that price but I'm not interested in that version

Do you mean the "grace period", where the app annoys you about it relentlessly until you renew? It really makes me mad that they thought this change was a good idea and makes me want to give my money to someone else.

Bizarre. I ordered over an hour ago, got the Newegg email that they're processing the order. But nothing since. Checked spam folder as well. Guess I'll have to hit support up.
