At the end of the day you're using a car drying towel as a bath rug so there will be some compromises. Will it do a good a job as an actual bath rug? Probably not. If you step out of your bath onto this towel, will it absorb the water? Probably yes.

my bath rugs got soaking wet everytime i stepped out. they became stinky as well since it took more time to dry them than in other bigger rooms. thats why i need some substitutions.
