In store only? I haven't been able to even find this type in my local Costco. They all have those new fashion types that don't work as well and cost more.

Is there a way to check if your local store has then in stock other than making a trip there?

Best thing to do is take the item number from the picture above and go to the customer service desk and have them search all your local store inventory.

Call them and give them the item number for inventory in the area.

Just an FYI, these are meant for hardwood, or carpet that is not plush in anyway. It has no "spikes" on the bottom to hold onto carpet.

Will check it out.
I bought a chair mat at Costco last time, can't remember the brand, anyway, it slides easily on my carpet.

dumb question: why do you need an office chair mat for a hardwood floor? isn't hardwood smooth enough for a wheeled chair to roll across?

Seconded on the for hardwood floor or very hard carpet only, I got one of these for my office which has semi-plush carpet and it's basically useless, it's not very thick and basically just gets immediate deep indentations from the wheels, I stopped using it pretty much immediately after I put it down.
