Just buy the one available in costco for 250$. Its better quality and a good customer service. Waste time on the off brand things when coming to secure your items.

Would you like your desk to be in two pieces with a giant seam down the middle? Most look split in two, length wise. Even with the cheap desk tops being particle board, I want one solid piece for my table surface.

I own two like this. Bought them Q4 2020. I thought the 2-piece was going to be an issue, but for the price, I took a chance anyway. I figured I could get a different tabletop from IKEA As-Is section if the tabletop bothered me too much. But the 2-piece didn't bother me at all. The tabletop is split long-ways, and the laminate wood grain hides the seam pretty well. Bought a second one for another room. On the desk I use most, I put a desk mat on top (also from SD). Anyway, the price is good. Other motorized standing desks at this price point dont come with a tabletop.
I had considered the glass-top Costco Tresanti model, but it had 2 things going against it: 1. Since it's a glass top, I wouldn't be able to drill a hole mount my multi-monitor stand cleanly as a single pole instead of having to use the feet. 2. The controls are on the top of the glass table and they're touch-sensitive. They're too easy to accidentally press, according to my co-worker who bought one for his home office. He taped a piece of thick construction paper over it so he wouldn't keep triggering it on accident.

Desk has lock on the side to prevent accidental trigger. You don't need to put the tape. Oh, did you mention the wireless charger option that it comes with, and option to use glass top to take quick notes and wipe all down?

Aha! I told my co-worker to go look right away, and sure enough, there is a lock on the side that they missed. Thanks for that tip. I use a magsafe charger from amazon called the twopan magnetic wireless charger (not sure if i'm allowed to post a link). It also acts as a facetime stand.
