About this deal:
Our research indicates that this offer is $27 lower (9% savings) than the next best available price from a reputable merchant with prices starting from $296.99
Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Dell error, Dell may charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid less shipping and handling, plus any applicable sales tax, which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.
This is definitely a very nice monitor for the price. But having briefly owned it I can say the overdrive settings aren't tuned perfectly enough for esports titles. There's too much blur on the Fast setting and way too much overshoot on the Faster setting. If you aren't playing esports then it's very nice and you'd probably not notice any blur. The colors were great out of the box and the monitor certainly looks nice on desks.
He just said he owned it lol. I'm using it at the moment, and I can confirm that the fast settings are absolutely disgusting, but the normal setting has never bothered me, but I also don't have experience with any other high refresh rate monitors.
More of looking for a scientific source rather than a feeling I guess. Rtings is an example
It's on rtings if you want to check it out. It's an IPS panel so perfect motion blur is nearly impossible. I almost kept it, but the MSI MAG251RX was better for me as I felt it was tuned better in the higher overdrives (also an IPS panel, in fact it uses the same one). Like I said the AW is very good/nice this is a great price just don't expect blur perfection like a 240hz TN, though this monitor will crush any TN for casual gaming because it's an IPS panel. Better colors, contrast, black levels, etc.
I recently grabbed the Dell S2721DGF deal for $370 the other day. I'm not entirely up with monitors, but I LOVE the Dell. Anyone have a good comparison of the two?

The Dell you bought is 1440p and 27 inches. This monitor is only 1080p and 24 inches. In my opinion, 24 inches is way too small and 1080p doesn't cut it anymore.

AW2521HF Monitor Review
The "HFL" is the Freesync Premium version. The "HF" is the standard Freesync.
