Yes, the total will be $95.50. The red card discount won't apply to the $10 Target gift card. You will receive a $4.50 discount on the $90 Apple Gift Card.
Apple's back-to-school sale should be starting soon too. In 2020, it started on June 15 and you got free AirPods.

Has anyone done these deals in the past and is able to comment as to the typical limits put in place? I'd like to get 5x$100 cards and still get 5x$10 Target GC... think this will be possible?

I'd read the fine print for this particular sale, but previously you could do that, yes. Around the holidays when they ran a similar deal, I bought a few and received Target gift cards each time, without issue (though the emails were just delayed because of order volume). And people commented on here to buying several thousand worth of Apple gift cards to use toward laptops, etc, and getting target gift cards for each one.

It's possible, and I'd suggest, you will have to order each gift card individually as a single order.

What's the purchase limit?

For those who are unaware, there was a wide spread issue with physical gift cards that were bought in stores. A ton of them were already redeemed and people lost a lot of money.

If I were you, I would stick to electronic gift cards only.
