Yes, you may purchase it at an Apple Store, it will be an unlocked version.
This is the real question. Apples stuff is expensive. If I'm gonna make it worth my while, I need to be able to buy a bunch.

Now when it's the holidays, that is when they do $15 target gift card for $100 apple card right? I think the last time for that, what was the limit online? Was it 3 or how many? I think it was like 10 at the beginning online and then went to 5 and then 3?
So it makes sense to buy a few of these cards right assuming you might need a battery replacement soon or would buy a new iPhone sometime in the future? Is there a concern about buying several of these and then you not using it anymore due to tariffs since I read iphones could cost a lot more? Like imagine having $300 or $500 worth of apple gift card but now the phones are say instead of $700, it's $1400. But any battery replacement that typically cost $100 or screen replacement you might need, it's better to buy these gift cards since you get $10 target card for each $100 buy right?

It's already clear. This nonsense can't last a month.
I'm not sure what you mean. If new iPhones include a 100% tariff in September, a few Target gift cards won't really sweeten the deal, and I would rather keep my old phone.
