I have this compressor. It's heavy, loud, and the gauges don't work. But I have framed a house, built a few decks, a couple of wood sheds, and done a bunch of trim work with it. It still runs strong. If I had to do it all over again, I'd probably opt for the Rigid.

I bought a refurb C2002 for $55.30 shipped two weeks ago from https://www.ebay.com/itm/353414068251 after 30% sale (going on now). I received it in 2 days. It looks like new, not even fingerprints on it. No condensation in the tank. Very pleased. This is my second refurb C2002 and $55 delivered is awesome, but so is $73 new! I daisy chain these together for great output on the cheap. Use them for HVLP spraying, auto work, nailing, etc. The regulators are a bit weak in flow, so I use a step down regulator on a whip hose near the sprayer to keep pressure stable.

I want something that can inflate a tire, run an airbrush for model painting (and maybe a spray gun for furniture), and also be used for nail guns etc. So I'd like to be able to use it indoors. I've seen cheap compressors that can inflate tires and really expensive ones for air brushing, but I've read that you can use any air compressor for either purpose.
Is this adequate for those uses? Will I need ear plugs because it's loud if I'm running it in the house?
