Don't forget to chat with Costco Customer Service if you're an existing member and ask about the $50 promotion for spend over $500 (assuming you've not used it already). I was able to get that via chat after placing the order to lower the price even further.

JUNK...Received and returned back to Costco yesterday...
Bios is locked,Generic, home brand GPU,Can not just buy and add the same type/speed ram, micro motherboard. No upgrades could be done.Junk...
How would somebody spend this money,if you can get a normal CyberpowerPC(got mine with EVGA 3070),for like $200 more.Easy upgrades, better case, better card, better MB,everything is better.

Wow, one side of the spectrum. I purchased this machine for my son and have to say we're both rather impressed with it. If just looking for a gaming computer that is readily available to ship, can play at 1080/1440 with decent specs, can't get a GPU and really don't want to build your own, aren't concerned with overclocking or upgrading much this seems to be a fine machine and far from junk from our novice perspectives. Also Costco return policy and extended warranty goes a long way.

"ENJOY".
If you never planning to upgrade this PC-you are ok.
But I think you son would be more happy with,at least,3070,for almost the same price,or,may be,3060TI.
This HP 3060 PC-just not for me.
Google the difference between a generic 3060/3070 and EVGA 3060/3070.
Thanks for response and your perspective. I see I can configure a similar machine on HP.com with either 3060Ti or 3070 GPU at higher cost but would still be home brand, generic GPU, etc. so would still stay away?In general, would need to stay away from HP and Dell type gaming computers as they only use generic home brands GPUs and MBs and look at BestBuy for Cyberpower or iBuypower or?

Cyberpower , iBuypower it's a lottery!
I had to return my first 2 CyberpowerPC's back to best buy, only, because GPU was not a brand I wantet.
I had to have a EVGA 3 fan,but had MSI 2 fan,Cigabyte, which is still much better then HP or Dell GPU's.
My third came with a EVGA GeForce RTX 3070 XC3 ULTRA GAMING 8GB GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 Graphics Card and MSI Z590 PRO WiFi ProSeries Motherboard.
And I end up paying for this CyberpowerPC $1460(had 10% off coupon and some rewards)+ will get like $150 in rewards 2-3 weeks after.
This is a better PC,better deal and the best RTX 3070 available.

Also quality/parts control for best buy is way better, then just buying direct from CyberpowerPC.
Also, the price will be cheaper at Best Buy,then buying directly from CyberpowerPC+ you don't have to waita month or 2.
Best Buy order will be ready in 5-7 days

This machine is far from junk, it's fast for regular computer usage and is capable of gaming 1440p outriders max settings, the gpu can also be over clocked, which mine is at +300mhz on the memory side and I've utilized the top plate for mounting a 120mm fan…which the mobo had a header I could plug the fan into. Overall I'm very satisfied with this machine, and I've built plenty in my days, good luck hunting for parts in this current market to build your own.

Must upgrade cpu cooler and add a few fans inside the case to improve air flow. Not a bad pre-built system, but some mods are required.

Thanks for enlightening us, in term of performance, what is the key differences between an EVGA 3070 and a HP or Dell OEM (generic) 3070?

The mobo on this unit is mATX, so if you want to upgrade in the future do a different chipset/CPU, you can do so.

I added a 120mm Noctua NF-F12 PWM chromax.Black.swap on the top of case but interconnected it into the rear fan header via a Y cable but didn't see any difference in airflow or temps for that matter and the fan was definitely oriented as exhaust out.

I initially removed only the top plate and think that helped airflow but didn't notice any difference once the fan was added so since have removed but have left the plate off. Should I have used a different fan header on the MB or a different 120mm fan?

Additionally, I subsequently added a Noctua NF-F12 iPPC-2000 PWM, Heavy Duty Cooling Fan as an intake fan on the bottom of the case since no front intake fan in the 25L and also raised the computer up to increase available air. I will keep this fan as surely can only help since that is the only bottom location on machine for additional intake.

What fan did you install and what have you noticed? Also any advice or suggestions based on your and other experiences would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Based on the other deals I have seen, $1,400 seems high for a RTX 3060 PC.

Check out DanKamYouKnow on YouTube to see what more you can do, I plan on adding an intake fan and an upgraded HSF next, but not in a hurry

Not that this was in stock long enough for all the PC gurus to dissect everything they think is wrong with this PC, but it's beautifully built. The top and bottom is "open" for air to flow freely. I added two sticks of ram and another SSD already. I run two 1440p monitors without issue.

Thanks looked at a lot of his videos. He's the one who alerted me and others to the removal of the top bracket. He went a bit over the top though with all the fans he ended up with. I put in the 2 Noctuas NF-F12 PWM chromax he ultimately recommended in the top and bottom after the first couple of thin ones he used and then replaced with these but no real change.

I think the CPU cooler change he did was probably the most effective but I don't want to go down that path at this point as would void the warranty since need to remove the motherboard, etc.
