My other YMMV suggestion would be to try chat and ask them why you are not receiving the same discount. Personally I think active military and veterans are more deserving of the discount than government workers. Thats seems wrong to exclude military and veterans. Hopefully it is just a site glitch and will appear when adding to cart.
