Have a set of these I bought from Costco a while back. They're too dim as a work light in my opinion.

These are good, but no magnets at the back like the CAT ones they used to have.

Youtube videos confirm this. Maybe an under the hood or small area hands-free light, but not a big area light. Pass for me.

I have them. Cheap and decent - but as others mentioned, not super bright as a single unit. 3 of them give out a decent light to work on a car, or in the attic. For 9 bucks, including batteries, it is a no-brainer. In for one more set, thanks op.

It looks like these come with 9 batteries. Can't go wrong with that price

These are definitely targeted at the likes of the smaller Chip on Board (COB) LED battery lights like the NEBO flashlights. Overall, it's encouraging to see improved options from the battery manufacturers as part of their scheme to sell batteries (I still hate seeing preposterously dim old school lanterns as the typical option for 6V batteries).

Great price for a "better than many" temporary light.

Good luck!

shame the on:off switch is on the rear, otherwise it would make a good closet light.

This item comes with 9 Duracell alkaline batteries.
Strangely, if you end up not thinking the lights are worth it, you still got 9 Duracell alkaline batteries.

Looking for a 800+ Lumen work light that can use 18650 battery or recharge.
I got one from urlhasbeenblocked (B a n g G o o d) for $8.
No Model number, no Company name.
Accepts both 2x18650 or 4xAA (not at the same time, one or the other).
Onboard recharge of 18650 via micro USB.
Onboard charging of USB device via USB A (like a battery bank).
About 600-700 Lumen, like real lumen, not advertised.
(mine is the flood light version, there is a focused version that could seem brighter).
Less bright than my 1000 Lumen advertised flash light.
Brighter than my 600 Lumen advertised AA flash light.
Rugged Built. Carbon impregnated plastic with fiber reinforced.
Ship from China to USA was 25 to 28 days i think.
2x18650 last about 2 hours at max brightness then starts to dim continuously for 2 more hours.
I would switch out the 18650s if battery gets low.
The cutoff voltage was below 3.0V, which I am not comfortable to test.
I run recycle laptop 18650s. Performance really depends on your battery quality.

Go to B A N G G O O D . c o m
Search "1537792"
Should be only one "XANES® 24C 30W COB LED ... "
US$9.35 plus shipping US$0.81
which is about the same as what i paid for in total (was $8 plus $3 shipping)

yea, seems like a good deal, often work lights can be too bright and cast too hard of a shadow under the sink/hood. now If you are painting or doing detailing work high powered lights are a necessity. although a magnet would be nice but at this price you cant complain
