Have a set of these I bought from Costco a while back. They're too dim as a work light in my opinion.
These are good, but no magnets at the back like the CAT ones they used to have.
I have them. Cheap and decent - but as others mentioned, not super bright as a single unit. 3 of them give out a decent light to work on a car, or in the attic. For 9 bucks, including batteries, it is a no-brainer. In for one more set, thanks op.

I bought several of this last time when it was on sale for $15. Used it for camping and during last power outage. Well built and very convenience for those purposes and I use them with rechargeable AA batteries. Having a build in rechargeable battery is nice, but nothing beats the availability of AA batteries. Also, light becomes useless if the build in battery is at the end of its life, no such problem with these.
looks like it's getting discontinued from costco, hence the .97 price. if i remember correctly it was $15 after coupon last year or something. i debated getting it but decided against it instead. i think this may be a good time to get it now if i could still find it.
They were $20 and $15 on sale. Good lights, but as others pointed out they are most useful for smaller areas or as a broad flashlight replacement. They are being discontinued because COSTCO now has a rechargeable version that also can act as a power source for $40 for two and they also have another rechargeable 2000 lumen work light with 3 led bulbs, usually $40 but while this period's flyer lasts that one is $30.
I noticed Duracell updates their LED lights once every year or so with increased lumen. If they are continuing this form factor, they may come out with a modified design with a higher lumen since SteelRing mentioned that .97 price means this model is being discontinued.
Ive had these for about a year. Useful in a few work situations, but mainly keep them for if the power goes out now. Pretty useful to keep a room lit up even if its only one time. Batteries last 10+ hours
Speaking of power going out.... ERCOT in Texas has issued conservation alerts again and it's not even summer.... so everyone in Texas should probably buy at least 1 pack of these if they don't have such things already... no telling when they are going to really fix the Texas grid, if ever.
3 for $10 with shipping included is definitely a steal - they are on sale for $14.99 occasionally in store. I have loads of rechargeable AA and AA batteries so these lights come very handy. built-in rechargeable batteries are OK, but you get down time for not being able to swap batteries. The build quality and water proof feature are nice!
I just received mine today, the package is quite tough to open!!! But the quality seems decent, a lot brighter than I expected, useful for power outages!

Not sure if you saw and used the small piece of tear out cardboard on the back. Thta kind of starts the process. Still hard to open after that.

Such a great deal I tried to get more. Less than $4 per unit including batteries!
You folks whining about brightness, lack of magnets and switch position must have some incredibly better deals at this price point.
Let's see 'em...
