I haven't followed prices on the base level Samsungs but I cannot recommend this model at this price. Should be cheaper.

Same price as the best buy deal 2 weeks ago, but has a much worse return/warranty policy. Also agree with first statement, image quality is ehh at best, you're buying this for size because it's not very bright imo

I bought from Costco at $1150 after $50 coupon. That's true you're paying for big screen and image quality isn't bright during day time. But works really good with dynamic picture setting. Best selling point isTyzen OS, very fast and image upscale works very good. It's great for the price

Unfortunately, though, it doesn't get bright enough to overcome glare in well-lit rooms, and its reflection handling is only okay. While it doesn't have variable refresh rate (VRR) support to reduce screen tearing in video games, it has a remarkably low input lag and a fair response time. The TV supports HDR10 and HDR10+ but doesn't get bright enough to make highlights in HDR pop as they should. It also has narrow viewing angles, so the image loses accuracy when viewed from the side.
