No, TV series are stuck to the service you bought them for, only movies work with Movies Anywhere.

I just bought GoT for Google Play. They sent me two code, one for seasons 1-7, and one for Season 8. When I look under "My Movies.TV", I see GoT. I click on it, and Season 8 is watchable. "The Series", when clicked, says "The Complete Series isn't available yet". WT?

Nevermind my earlier comment. I was confused with the way Google Play was intermingling different products, within the series. If anyone runs into this, you need to click on the "Seasons 1-7" selection in the list box, or Season 8. I was clicking on All Seasons to see if I owned it, and that's not correct. I have no idea why Google adds all the other groupings of the product into that list box when I'm only looking at "My Movies/TV" and I don't own the others. So, everything appears in order. BTW, I contacted their customer service to ask what was up, and they responded almost immediately via email. Very quick, and nice.

Yes, more or less. Bit rate is definitely lower and some compression artifact, but doesn't look too bad.
