Kohl's has always given Kohl's Cash if you get up to $48 so in theory this should automatically give you $20. That said, I spent $48.99 today on an in-store pickup order (not yet picked up) and did not get the KC so I'm not sure if they're still doing it.

Also, I assume you meant $10 additional, not $20.

So the answer is that they changed their policy last year and you really need to spend the $50 to get KC.
