Same price as the wildly popular Kobalt tool chest close out deal from 2 years ago. Similar box but with fewer but deeper split drawers. I checked it out in person and it's essentially a reconfigured version of the previous tool chest combo. Unfortunately they're not using the Kwikset Smart Key locks anymore.

This 18" box set is probably fine for the average homeowner if they can buy it off the floor to inspect for dents, scratches and rust. Hauling damaged items back to store can be a pain.
PS: When comparing quality, shipping weight is a good place to start.
