If you cancel right away, you'll only get 1 month of service, since the promotion is not charging you for a 2-month sub all at once. If you want the second month for a buck, you can't cancel until you're charged your second monthly subscription fee, at the earliest.

The AMC+ trial is worth it just to watch Gangs of London. It's one of the best new shows I've watched in the last couple of years, but nobody knows about it because it's stuck on a weird streaming service.

Can I cancel right after purchase and still get the full 2 month $0.99 period? I don't want to set a reminder to cancel in 2 months unless I have to.
