Just saw Direct Tools Outlet has the 4 inch Ryobi Clamp fan for $19.99 +$7 shipping. Condition is Factory Blemished, so new with full warranty. Many of us can't tell the received condition apart from what you get from home Depot.

This is more expensive than picking up at Home Depot, but they are all out of stock and resellers are trying to get $50 a piece on ebay.

There is $7 flat rate shipping though, so the actual total on this is $27 before tax. There are few other worthwhile items to consider if you're paying shipping anyway:
RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Quarter Sheet Sander $24.99 ($45 at HD)

RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Hybrid Portable Fan $29.99 ($50 at HD)

RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Hybrid Soldering Station $39.99 ($85 at HD)

I agree on your take of 'factory blemished', but that definition can change at any time and you can't really tell DTO you expected no blemishes just because it never actually happened before.

Since I can't get to Florida or DC Metro area (as noted above) for under $7 I jumped on this before they are sold out. I definitely wasted more time and gas looking for them locally since HD won't ship from those stores that actually have them in stock.

Look in the fan section for these, not Ryobi.

"Clamp" fan is battery only, 4" diameter fan blades, and has a strong clamp
They also make an "air cannon" with 18" diameter blades
In general, bigger fans push more air and are quieter. All three serve different purposes, so no one is "better" in general, just different.
