If you get the email then this is a fantastic promo!

The Tivo stream 4k is solid little device!! Has the compatibility of a Chromecast 4k and can sideload apps! Great stuff

Got the email... the funny thing is (or not so funny) that the Tivo stream 4k has issues with Youtube TV playback. I have one that I had to stop using with youtube TV because it always freezes the screen every 30 minutes or less of playback.

Seems to be that YouTube TV will soon offer a 4k streaming option

i haven't got any email yet. my friend did though. i actually have one. its not a bad device. it can be buggy sometimes but overall not bad. Its really cheap at this point too.

Offering a device to existing subscribers only seems pretty unusual. Tivo must really be desperate to dump these.
