Could it be because her water broke and there is the fear of cord prolapse?
On a side note...after they gave me the shot in the back I was kinda numb down there. I kept feeling like I had to poop and I was all worried cause I knew I was about to give birth. Then they're like "Puuuuush!" and I'm thinking..."No no, I'm gonna poop! I've heard of women doing that!"...then I realized that "poop" was actually the baby ready to come out

Pain is definitely intensifying. They keep increasing the pitocin. They are every 2 minutes.
J has a really bad sore throat and stiff neck. He went to the pharmacy downstairs and got sucrets then the nurse got him hot tea per my request and then she told hom to get ibuprofen. I hope he gets to feeling better. Ima gonna need his ass in tip top shape in no time. It's only getting more interesting as time goes by.
I've had to take about 3 contraction breaks while typing this.
