Resort fees $25.30 per day
Parking fee per day $35
5 minutes walk to beach
Some reviews say it's getting old and shabby pool is small no ice machine upper floors Due to Covid they only clean every 3rd day "upon request"small parking stalls and tight ramps make it hard to park
good luck finding a hotel in hawaii without resort and parking fees
I was there 12/2019 right before covid. the Pool is a joke, we went there for 30 minutes one day out of our week. Not sure why we were there that long. Our upper floor did have an ice machine but we rarely used it, we were in Hawaii so we were out and about everyday. I bought my package through orbitz and the fees were all in there in the original payment so I had no additional resort fees. This price seems like it's more than what we paid back then, We paid roughly 1k per person for flight + 1 week of stay. Based on this that would be 350 + 464 = $814 and that's without the flight.

None, haven't stayed there. It's right across from the beach though. However I am planning on staying at Hyatt Centric Waikiki this fall -- it is further from the beach but is newer, has better reviews, and is less expensive.

Not for three nights with this deal, Outrigger Malia is cheaper because it includes taxes/fees but not the resort charge ($22/night+tax). If you book months ahead, the published rates are about the same, however Hilton Garden Inn charges a higher resort fee at 30$/night+tax.
Hyatt Centric is great. It would have been my choice over even the more expensive Hyatt Regency. For 7 days, the rate on the Regency standard room including resort fees is $325/day. I will be using 20K Hyatt points a day for 5 days rather than pay the $325. The Hyatt Place on Waikiki is only 10K Hyatt points. Should I go there instead? Or is it really run down? I wonder how Hyatt Place compares to the Outrigger Malia.

There is no availability for Hyatt Centric for points. There are reports online on how they have gamed the system to prevent points for rooms.

Ove Hawaii reaches 60% full vaccination rate, which it will before July 4, the COVID test may not be required. There are reports that once that threshold is attained, visitors from mainland US will only need proof of vaccination (I think they will require the documents to be uploaded online to the verification site and for a hard copy to be produced on arrival)
Governor's message has been sketchy and constantly changing. First he said 70% then he said 60% and he's still talking about 70% in some articles. Not sure what the final decision might be but the governor is a completely undecided bobblehead.

I don't think you understand English. The 60% threshold is for fully vaccinated persons to enter Hawaii from US without a COVID test.

The 70% threshold is for for there to be no restrictions whatsoever.

Today, the Governor announced that effective July 8th fully vaccinated persons from the US can enter Hawaii without a covid test.

Finally no test needed for vaccinated passengers. Just in time for my trip.
