I would recommend getting getting 4 ports instead of 3. With 3 port, Every time you vacume and switch to fill you will introduce air in the hose. Not a big deal for small ac.
The unit for $23.99 only provides reading for R12, R22, R502.

R12 and R22 were used in old-school ac for home and auto.
R502 is also older refrigerators.

Newer window unit use R410a
Present cars use R134a
As of 2021 and future cars will start using R123yf
So the point being most of those dials beside psi are useless unless you are still using old-school ac system.
Another point being with the new standard for auto Freon there will be more sales coming in near future. Make sure the unit you purchase, at least, shows R134a readings.

I would recommend not putting these on your unit very often since each time you unscrew it you will lose a little refrigerant.

Most of this is completely false. Where to start? R-22 and 410A are measured the same way. They use the same hose and gauge set. No, you do not have to empty a 410a system to check the levels. I was an HVAC service tech for over a decade. Not sure where you got most of this information but it is just wrong.

That is quite cheap for a manifold set. As you might guess, you get what you pay for. Make sure the Shrader valve depressing pins are properly extended or they won't work and you will lose refrigerant. A simple bent paper clip helps unscrew them to the proper depth.

Thanks OP. I paid ~$33 for mine on Amazon, this is a decent deal for sure,

Are these what I need to check the pressure to see if my fuel pump is bad on my car?
Nope, these are for a/c systems.

Depending on the age of the car you may be able to get a reading by plugging in an ODBC computer - many parts stores have free loaners.

I don't think these will work on a home unit, e.g. 410A, right?

I use this exact set to refill 410A to my Mini split ac system. This unit doesn't have 401A reading marking, it has the psi measurement. But it reads to 120 psi, then it will go direct to 250 PSI. if you need psi reading beyond 120PSI, then this unit won't work.

Just had my unit serviced and planned on getting one of these to do my own monitoring.

Next step is YouTube on how to correctly use

Even if the car won't start? It's been sitting for a while and won't start. I've had problems with the fuel pump before and figure that's what it is but wanted to test to make sure.
The car would need power, so new battery or hooking up jumper cables so it has some juice will give you a read.
