Also, they have a one-year return policy if the shoe does not work out. If you exchange it because of size issue, they will normally honor the sale price on the exact same shoe in a different size.

June 14th filed dispute with VISA.

This is a bummer to hear. I came back to this thread b/c I saw that my order still doesn't have tracking information. So, I was coming to see if anyone else had posted about the lack of shipping.
I'll be reaching out to customer service today... But, probably not going to hold out hope for a resolution.

I ordered on 6/16. Never received shoes or any emails after initial confirmation email.
Order status says "In transit", but when you click on Tracking it says "Pending".
Contacted customer service on 6/23. Received automated response. Replied per instruction, no response. Email again, no response.
Their customer service is completely non-existent.
Called AMEX and disputed the credit card charge today.
This same model is just dropped to $50 on Amazon. So, purchased there for $12 cheaper.
