I've been on the lookout for weights and this seems pretty decent. 2.5 lbs - 90 lb Dumbbells available. Free shipping for anything 30lbs and greater. Price hovers around $1.30 per lb.

Not bad. I purchased an adjustable Tru Grit kettlebell through Best Buy and have been very happy with it.
As for the price, Walmart has Weider 35 lbs for $37.92, and they have been in stock near me. I built out 10-30 lb for ~$210 (200 lb total). I have been eyeing both the 35 and 40 lbs as my next purchases.
Buying individual dumbbells is a fools game. Go to Walmart and get their adjustable screw on dumbbells. Better price and less room needed to store them.
Some people take training more seriously then you do....
30 seconds between reps. 3 minutes between sets.
Micro loading, drop sets, etc [google it].
Can you do the same workout every single time and not run into an issue? Maybe if you are using 5-15 lb weights and you aren't even winded and you adjust as quickly as possible. Microloading/dropsets/ etc are not even an option. Its a huge pain if you decide mid set you are too tired for that weight or want more.
Not knowing about this makes me think you either don't work out or don't challenge yourself. There is a reason its not a thing at gyms.
I have an ironmaster 110lb adjustable dumbells and individuals on lower weights that I can grab as I tire out.
I prefer individual dumbbells to adjustable sets- I don't mind the three linear feet of space they take up and they are convenient, to me it's worth the price
