Like others have mentioned, left earbud constantly disconnecting and if it happens mid run you're pretty screwed until you get back to the case. Honestly I've already replaced these mostly because the fit is so bad they're basically unusable when exercising without constantly pushing them back in your ear - which of course pauses it about 50% of the time because of the stupid taptic button as opposed to physical one. Perfectly fine for sitting at a computer or in the car. Love my Anker stuff and this model is great for under $20 just know what you're getting and how you plan to use them.

The pictures for the Anker ear buds always shows them going into the case upright (so the case is "deeper"). But it always seems that the buds go in lengthwise. Not sure why the discrepancy.

I have an older version. Stopped charging after 3 or 4 times usage. I use other Anker charging products, these earbuds not their cup of tea.

I have this set, while they sound pretty good, they do seem to have signal issues. They are great for listening around the house, I guess where the Device has an open signal. However when outside mowing the lawn. With the phone in my pocket, the signal is very chippy, and they cut out a lot, sometimes worse than others. Disappointing because they do sound good. So most likely would be worth it if your using inside for a TV or music where device is not going to be in your pocket.

I bought this last time it was on sale for this price. They are great, fit well on the ears, compact and easy to use. Also you can use one earbud or both. It is EASY to connect both earbuds, all you do is remove them from the case, align them together for a second or 2 and presto! That easy. Also Android finds it quite easily. The brand is SOUNDCORE not Anker. I also have a bluetooth speaker that works well and loud, so the quality on this brand is consistent in my experience. If there is something negative I can say is that the output on the earbuds are not as loud as in lower volumes but it CAN go to a loud sound. Would I recommend it, yes I would!

It does come with case. But the case doesn't come with a case that is wireless charging. Which now a days is almost a standard.
