Ships Late July. Can HP be upgraded later or is it like Dell and all proprietary?

I purchased two of the TG01-2285T HP Pavilion desktops with the RTX3060s in them. I have been using the NVidia driver version 470.05. I've been getting a stable hashrate of 48Mh/s+ for each.

I decided to casually get into selling mining power using NiceHash. I have very cheap power available, so it's working out well.

I do not know about this specific model but....

Most big name (Acer, Asus, Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ect..) low budget pre-built computers come with propriety cases, PSU, and motherboards now a days, but their higher end computers may come with standard size parts.

But the other parts are always standard (CPU, RAM, drives, graphics cards, ect..)

The margins are so slim on computers they have to up sell you on peripherals, support, upgrades, and service to stay in business.

There are companies that sell computers made from all standardized parts ,but of course they are always much more expensive, because they have a all in one warranty for parts they do not make, and support users that do not know computers too well, just like the big boys.

I paid around 1200 for a similar build to this earlier this year, though it came with an i7, if you are looking for a upper-mid range gaming PC this seems like an okay deal; I'd at least get another 8GB RAM, though I'd do it elsewhere and not pay $100 for it through HP, if it had 16GB I'd say good deal.

We will see how GPU prices play out as the LHR (Low Hash Rate) gpus start to roll out. Ship date looks like 30 June for me, so I feel it is a crapshoot on if it will be LHR or not (I don't know what HP's stock looks like and it sucks that they don't give an indication), at this point I would assume LHR.

Very nice. Problem is this will likely be an LHR 3060ti and no workaround has been established for them yet.

fyi, the GPU alone is going for ~$1000 on fleabay, so a solid deal.

Anyone have any idea what brand graphics card comes with this? I've seen some pretty cheap cards in these prebuilts (poor cooling, loud fans, ECT)
