I traded in an old ass 9.7 ipad last time. The trade in department didn't accept it but Samsung manually pushed it through for me, I didn't have to contact them.

This was the email.

"Trade-in chargeback update

We are happy to inform you that there will not be any chargeback related to your trade-in order #xxxxxxxxxxx . No further action is needed at this point."

I think Navy S7+ is only color option for $500 , picked one up with 15%cb, i also did trade-in for 10.1 2016 tablet for $65. It said $100 credit but this huge discount only lets me get $65 credit. Total was 435 without counting cb 15%
