you don't do that with tracfone, if you want to keep existing tracfone number and account you just call them up and trasfer to this phone, do not swap SIMs

If you want to get plan & later unlock you need to use sim included with phone.
You can always activate new phone & keep current number, balance will be totaled. Old phone will then be deactivated.

The 1500/1500/1500 service can only be realized by activating the Moto E that it came with. What you do after that is up to you. If you had an inactive compatible phone laying around, for example, you could then activate that device with the Moto E's phone number, and the 1500/1500/1500 service would then get transferred to that device.

The Moto G Play has got 3GB of RAM vs 2GB for this phone. It also has a larger battery and screen, but that means it's a physically bigger phone.
