Obviously these are nowhere close to Theragun, but do they still somewhat successfully serve the same purpose? Like does it just feel good or does it break apart the muscle scarring, etc.?

I haven't used Theragun before but I think this is worth the sale price for what it is. It feels good when you use it at the 3rd setting and higher because there is less of the machine jamming when you try to push it deeper. If you push it steady and deeper, it won't jam. I bought it full price (sad) and use it nearly everyday.
