Paid my AT&T bill 2 months ago and never received the credit.
Use secure message to report the issue. They will take 7-14 business day but usually will get the offer applied if you share with them the screenshots of the offer and the transactions that you have made.

2nd to this. Can we just buy accessories or really have to switch? How do Chase know we switch or not?

Im not sure if my prepaid will work. You can take a chance. I did. Chase - no notification - still in pending. Its like Amex with their Airline Credit, they know for the most part what the charge description is but there are loopholes

Did you find a way to make partial payments on a device? I thought they would only allow you to pay it off in one go ..

I just made payment $60 and $55 for my T-Mobile account. I got email with below msg.

You just redeemed your BankAmeriDeals® offer at T-Mobile
Once we've verified your purchase at T-Mobile meets offer qualifications, we'll update you on your deal status-including any cash back you may have earned.
Are you a new customer, as in "switch to T-Mobile"? Can I just pay as an existing customer for these deals that say switch and earn? I currently have Tmobile att Verizon and cricket offers on chase and bofa cards. They all say switch and first month etc

Chase notifications don't seem to be working.. I did another deal but no trigger ..
But since BofA deals are triggering with postpaid payments.. I'd expect Chase to follow same path

I know you quoted me earlier in the thread but I did Chase. So other than me no one else reported Prepaid or did they?

I paid $50 and $51 for an existing T-Mobile account and have not received the email yet that the Offer was triggered. So this is probably going to be YMMV
P.S. - For similar offers at Verizon/AT&T in the past I received instant notifications that the offer was indeed triggered.
I dont think chase send confirm like Amex.

I think you have to sit a few days and wait for credit to show.

May offer it for amazon GC

You have a setting to enable notifications (see my earlier post at start of thread).
It works just like Amex but for some reason it's not working since last week..
