Ordered Prepaid service, prepaid $100 towards balance - did not order accessories , when I said it worked, I meant for prepaid. I have no idea if it works with accessories

Not me...made $50 payment on June 30. Shows up as TMOBILE*POSTPAID PDA. 12 days later, no credit and no movement on offer status to "REDEEMED".

Looks like this transaction has triggered credits for others.
Just to confirm you did make 2 payments of $50+ ... right? a single payment is not enough. If you did one transaction then you need to do another 50+ transaction to get the credit.
