I managed to exchange a Spider-Man game from one of those GameStop bundles for returnal. No idea why I did. I guess I am a bad player because I kept dying lol (yes I know that's how the game is).

The employee was very hesitant to do the exchange and had to call someone 'higher up'


He said he would definitely not do a return since it was part of a bundle.

I have never purchased anything from GS that was opened. You might get the store display copy, but its would have a circle seal on the side of the case. Which means if you break that seal, then you can't return it.
