Sold my Sharp Aquos quicker than I thought, so went ahead and bought this 2 weeks ago. I was lazy and ordered it for delivery, even though the store had a couple, biggest mistake. They did not make the first delivery, no communication from Costco logistics or customer service, long wait times to get a human on the phone and sure enough the price goes up a 100 for a couple of days. I had to reschedule delivery myself. Finally delivered yesterday at the end of the day, way outside the delivery slot. Would pick it in store if I were to do it again.

Have the same issue.. ordered on jun 4th.. said it will be delivered on 14th..no dice.. called multiple time.. 1hr wait each time.. finally rescheduled for 19th.. I have no hopes it will be delivered tomorrow either.. Any suggestions on scheduling or talking to cs people? also how long did yours take to get delivered? appreciate your reponse.. thanks

Actually it is 5. Manufacturer or Costco covers the 1st two years and Allstate covers years 3 through 5.

5 total years of protection
Mechanical and electrical failures plus product defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and/or Costco Concierge Services for the first two years. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer or Costco Concierge Services during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate plan, Allstate will cover it.

My first date of delivery was 14th as well. No show. 15th I chatted with CS and was asked to call logistics. After 1 hr wait they said no idea, let me check, put me on hold and never got back. I saw status as received at MDO dock on the innovel tracking site. I was able to reschedule for 17th. They were supposed to come between 1 and 3 ended up coming around 7. On 17th got an email and text confirming delivery. I think you might get it on the 19th. Look out for a text and email the morning of delivery.

ok thank you.. i see "Shipped/Loaded DDC Xdock" on 12th jun in status tracking. After that no update. Hopefully it comes tomorrow Frown

Sorry but I think it has to be MDO dock, which I am told is the last mile warehouse where items are inspected and from which deliveries occur, according to the logistics person I spoke to before she hung up. Yours might still have to move to the MDO dock. But it's not the most up-to-date system so you might still get it tomorrow.

That I know and understand. It might as well come out to be 7 years if you use the Costco Citi Anywhere card. It is just that the original post had "5 years of Allstate protection" in the title, which is incorrect.

You really don't need a warranty with OLEDs. Mine from 2014 is still going strong without any issues.
