I mostly use mine for consuming content bought on Amazon. Prime Video, Audible and a ton of paid apps that were free back in the long gone era of the Free App per Day for their app store. Kindle books with lots of graphics work better than on my Paperwhite.

I also have an iPad Air. The fire is a quarter of the price but even making allowances for the price difference, the Amazon tablet is a disappointment. The base iPad is also much better.

I am trying to order from fire HD 10 tablet.
Steps I've tried: from home screen I say: "Alexa, order a Black Fire HD 10 Tablet" - it shows me some options, the first one is the Black Fire HD 10 Tablet, but the price is $149.99. NO discount even if I manually check-out.
From "Shop Amazon" app, I tap the microphone icon and say: "order a Black Fire HD 10 Tablet" - still no discount.
From Amazon Alexa app - there is no mic icon, and saying "Alexa, order a Black Fire HD 10 Tablet" has the same effect as the first example above.
