yeah, can't believe this guy just didn't bend over and take it. These jokers that are trying to hold corporations to their own policies are obviously boomer Karens Lol. The first rep and supervisor are obviously just trying to get though the day without any hassle all while CYA'ing. Poster needs to go away with his biching.

Chalk me up as another person that got the price match via online chat. Went very smoothly, also had a $5 rewards coupon, this made it a pretty sweet deal.
EDIT: I think I jinxed myself posting this before it was completed. So I completed the transaction using a URL the Agent sent me showing the accurately adjusted amount, when I went back to chat with the Agent I noticed that the Chat Window was gone and that it wasn't returning me back to the chat. So I went and chatted with another agent and she helped me. Here's what weird, the first agent adjusted the price using my $5 rewards certificate making the total price $10 and some change, the next agent made me buy the item at full price and then adjusted the price. Not sure why there's two different methods for agents to price match something. I would have much preferred the original way of just paying and having all discounts applied originally. That being said I am confident the adjustment will happen as I did receive an email stating they were crediting the difference to me.
Got it completed, took much longer than I expected (30+ Minutes)

Lmao. What??? That's one of the funniest things I've heard in a while. There has never been a game that only got updated on one or the other. Patches are always for both physical and digital versions of games.
Lol, thank you. No idea what this guy is talking about.
Because the game was originally released as a one player game and layer upgraded. I don't know what is on the cartridge or if it gets updates.
When you first play a game on the switch, or any system for that matter, you must always download updates. If you haven't played it for a while, chances are, you gotta download updates. Cartridge or digital.
You would know that, if you played any video game in the last 10 years. But with that 10 rep account, I can bet that you're not a real user.
