The first rep and supervisor are obviously just trying to get though the day without any hassle all while CYA'ing. Poster needs to go away with his biching.

I recall if you did it digitally (even with physical copy), you got all of most unlocks, but if you used the ships/ weapons first then you didn't get the other stuff. Or maybe I'm mistaken, was typo too long ago.

Got BB to price match, but on the 2nd try.

On the 1st, the rep tried to tell me that they couldn't price match because it was "a limited offer". She then amended it to "a limited time offer". I told her it was a sale, of course it's limited. I told her to get me a supervisor. THAT clown tried to tell me it was a coupon, and they don't honor coupons. I asked him where he saw the word "coupon" anywhere. Apparently, he felt that since there was a discount code, that equals a coupon. He kept adding "coupon" to every sentence.

2nd try, done in like 5 minutes. I then reported the first guy and filed a complaint.

Best Buy price match is the most inconsistent crap. It's infuriating.

I don't know if this is good or bad, but I played this game in 4.5 hours and was a little disappointed there wasn't more. But it was a great 3-5 hour game to play, my toddler loved watching me play it, so anything my toddler loves to watch I rate it well. (The time i played includes the to-do (as well) and model village but not the other lists after that). I'm sure that's probably about another 3 hours? If you know what you are doing.

so just a little BB price match funny, I called and the idiot told me he couldn't price match because it was "lower than their cost and they would lose money"! lol what the hell are they? car salesmen now? lol
did online chat and done in 5 mins.

You should be able to just use the online chat function and mention that you're looking to purchase the game but saw it at gamestop for a cheaper price and ask if they would do a price match. They'll have you provide them with the SKU from the bestbuy website, then ask for gamestop's link, give you the 'i need to talk to my manager' spiel and then come back saying that it was price matched.

As for the free shipping part, I think the user might be a mybestbuy elite or elite plus member or might have the bestbuy credit card.

Always choose the online chat option if possible for every site. I've found they're much more agreeable.
